"Excellent. We made an appointment for an estimate and the owner came out and looked at the work to be done and we received a clear, concise estimate a few days later. We called and set up an appointment and received a call the night before they were scheduled to verify the date and time they were coming. They were very friendly and professional and took their time doing the work. They let us know about anything unexpected. They were very tidy and patched the holes so the overall job looks clean and is ready to be repainted. Everything is well placed and exactly what we had hoped for in our new lighting. We paid a little more than what we may have paid for another electrician but are so happy with the experience and results, it was worth it."

"I called Steve for a minor issue, which he resolved in about 3 minutes.  While he was there, I showed him some lighting fixtures that I wanted installed (assuming he wouldn't have time that day, as I'd only booked him for the small issue), but he said he was available to take care of it immediately if I wanted.  I was pleased by his work.  He was very careful about keeping everything as clean as possible when he worked, and his helper offered to vacuum up for me when they were finished (my light fixture came in a box with crumbling styrofoam, some of which spilled on the floor when the box was opened).   He was also concerned about doing a good and safe job (our old fixture wasn't particularly well secured into the wall, and so he was able to address that issue when putting in the new fixture).  He made sure his finish work looked professional, and even ensured we had the proper bulbs for the fixtures.  He worked quickly and was friendly, as well.  I felt like I got good value for my money.  I would use him again. <br />"

"My hallway and dining room lights suddenly when out. Circuit breaker appeared not to be tripped (no flag or tripped lever). One of Electric Solutions electricians; Bruce arrived on time and performed his trial and error testing to find the root cause. Bruce was very cordial and even wore shoe booties coming into my home after the rain. After various testing, it turns out the circuit breaker did not display the red flag for the given circuit and was actually tripped. Bruce gave me instructions to mark each breaker and double check all breakers in case the red flag did not fully display. I am very happy the lights are back on and would recommend Electric Solutions for their expertise and value."

"Appointment for estimate was made for the day after initial contact. The written estimate was received within a week. The patio was in bad enough shape that Nature's Call did not feel comfortable doing a repair on someone else's bad work. So the estimate was for replacing the pavers, adding fill, re-tamping, and some landscaping of a medium flower bed. We are moving so it was more financially than we wanted to take on. We might use this company in different circumstances, but since we are moving we will not have the opportunity. <br />"

"I don't know why I'm suprised when someone is professional, punctual and competant - It shouldn't be that way but many times service providers don't give the customer 100% service.  John Galle installed 4 ceiling ad it was necessary for him to install the wiring connections and did a great job.  In addition, he also replaced a dining room light.  On top of that, John and his helper Ron are nice guys and extremely courteous.  i would use him again and plan to for another job I have for him shortly.  I recommend John highly. <br />"

"Bill, Sr. and Paul came to my home on 05/19/2020 to do a wellness check because of some concerns I had, and the fact that these condominiums are over 30 years old. They inspected all accessible light switches, outlets and the electrical panel, and replaced two outlets. Later that night, unrelated to the wellness check, I lost power in my 2nd floor. Bill, Jr. came at 8:45 pm that night and stayed until 10:30 pm when he finally discovered the problem. He explained the problem and my options; he did not try to talk me into doing anything that wasn't necessary (!). Bill, Jr. came back the next morning and spent 4 hours doing extensive re-working of the electrical panel, bringing it up to code. All three were friendly, professional and respectful of my home. They took the necessary precautions needed due to COVID-19. I much feel safer in my home, and I now have trustworthy electricians should I need them for other work or have an emergency.
