"I was very impressed with the service. I am a photography student so I work with a lot of heavy weight programs and very large files. I also do a ton of research along with my school work. "Originally hired Nick and the Creative Pavers team several years ago to design and install a complete backyard hardscape/landscape package including a paver patio, walkway, steps, lighting, wood deck, and fire pit.  At the time they were not active on Angie's List, so consider this a review of my entire relationship with them now and going back 5 years or so.  I can't begin to say enough about how great they have been.  Their original design and installation was exceptional, and they're follow-up and diligence to meeting they're original schedule commitment was great.  I was so pleased, I bought them back again several months later for another smaller job building a retaining wall and planter in my front yard.

Since those originals installs I have called them back twice for some minor maintenance and settling repairs.  Should point out the repairs were not needed due to poor quality of work, and were nothing more than the typical wear and tear/weather/settling issues you'd expect after 5 years.  Nick and Jack have consistently provided the same level of outstanding service and follow-up throughout our entire relationship.  Relationship is the operative word here, they are most definitely not your typical "here today, gone tomorrow" contractor.  They truly care about their customers and reputations and it shows in every interaction.  I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a hardscape/landscape project.

"We called MC electrical LLC and he came out within two days to give an estimate for our landscape lighting and had an estimate emailed over to us within 24-48 hours after coming out!! Lights look amazing and I'm very impressed with the work performed, not to mention the recommendation that Michael the owner had given us for the new LED fixtures!! Michael and Keith were very awesome as far as laying out all of the walkway lighting as well as the lighting that we have shining on our home as well as the trees!! "I purchased an Angie's List deal which included removal of the old tile, installing new backing board, installing and grouting 40 square feet of tile, which covers the cost of tile, grout, & labor.  I knew the tile I wanted wasn't going to be covered and would have to purchase it, but I also had to purchase the grout.  After weeks of leaving messages and emails I was finally contacted to schedule installation.   They did a nice job but did not put down any kind of tarps on the floor or newly installed granite counter top.  It took me three times to mop up the mess from the floor & counters.  Then when I went to have the outlets remounted to sit flush, the electrician couldn't even move the light switch because the tile covered the screw holding in the switch.  ABX did come back out to correct the problem but I felt the entire process to be very unprofessional.  In the end the tiles look great, and they resolved the problems I had but not worth the grief and aggravation."
