They came in with their crew removed the old roof and installed the new one, the work was all done in two days, along with cleanup. I found Mr. Tod Wells to be very pleasant and courteous, and he gave me a very reasonable quote, which also included some incidental repairs to my aluminum siding. The work was completed in a timely manner. Not long after there was a terrific downpour, and there were no leaks from the gutters. He gave me a 5 year warranty on labor, and lifetime warranty on materials, which is transferable. I did have to go back and forth a bit to get a proper receipt."
