Fidel came by early, while they were working, and again later, after the job was done. I asked if he could have the crew come back to take off some more branches that were hanging into a neighbor's yard, and he did not hesitate to send them back the next day to finish the job to my satisfaction. I have used Alfaro's before and look forward to using them again, they do great work and provide excellent customer service."
