They immediately acknowledged what they had done, called their office, spoke to someone named Dave, who reportedly advised us they would take care of the damage and would be in touch soon to make arrangements for repairs. That was the last time we heard from these clowns. "Dave", whoever he is, never called back, and failed to return numerous phone calls. In other words, he ghosted us. Bottom line on these morons - hell will freeze over long before I'll ever use them again. "

They were on time for the original estimate they did not send a worker the owner and his wife came to my job site. They were very organized got right to the task. They gave me an outstanding price. I also had them install A/C. When there crew showed up same. There were on time worked in an orderly manner they cleaned up everything and completed the job in a short time. I would hire them again in a minute."

"Our relationship with All Star Mechanical began with Chris coming out to diagnose my AC problem. He tested the system and diagnosed it as low on refrigerant likely due to a leak. We asked to get a quote on replacing the AC and the entire HVAC system. The furnace was a 25 year old Trane. The air filter was 1in thick and struggled to blow through a non-MERV filter, and I wanted cleaner air for the health of my family, especially since wildfires aren't going away anytime soon. We also wanted a whole house humidifier to assist the Vornado units we run 24/7 in the winter. Larry presented us with a variety of options for upgrading my HVAC system, not trying to sell me a system too large and expensive for our needs or climate, then explaining how everything works and how it works together to make our home efficient, safe, clean, and comfortable. The installation team was fantastic. They were scheduled for a 2 day installation and over performed installing the entire system in one day. Matthew and the 2 Nicks were great! Within 2 hours of installing the General Aire MAC high efficiency air cleaner we noticed the air felt and smelled cleaner, in spite of the poor air advisory warning for that day. Finally, Chris buttoned the system up completely by running updated thermostat wiring and relocated my thermostat so the new system is compatible with my ADT Z-Wave ADC -T2000 monitored thermostat (my request)! Throughout the entire job, Larry stayed in touch, either by email, phone, or text to make sure everything met or exceeded our expectations. They are definitely All Stars!"

"Sorry for this review being a month late. Replaced an old water heater. Got a quote over the phone by sending pix to Hager Fox. Very convenient. Made appointment. Two-man crew (HF4 Jonah Buck & I forget associate name, sorry) arrived on time, got right to work. Both were courteous to a customer hovering , watching every move and asking questions. Both techs skilled to adapt to problem areas (ex. chimney hole too small for exhaust & install chimney liner in Feb. on snowy (steep pitch) roof. Drained & removed old heater - installed new - no leaks first test :). Professional job. I give both these men a five-star review. Thanks. Joe A. "
