"Eric Hess was extremely easy to work with and very professional. He was quick to come to my house and give me a detailed estimate for the work that was needed. He thoroughly explained the issues that I had in an easy to understand manner. Once they started work, he and his crew made sure to cover the areas of the roof they would be walking on with pieces of carpet to prevent damage to my shingles. We had very unique textured bricks that would have been impossible to exactly match. Eric found a close replacement and even sent a load back to his supplier when he didn't think that they were the correct color. I'm no masonry or chimney expert, but I believe that he really knows his stuff. He rebuilt the crown much stronger than the previous one and made sure to use 4 inches of concrete, and not the cheaper mortar that was used before that led to serious cracks and water leakage. The finished chimney looks great and matches as well as can be expected with our very unique brick type. I have every confidence that the chimney he built is very solid and well-built and will fare much better than the old one. I highly recommend Hess Masonry. <br>"

"We had an addition built on our house that had a cantilever.  Unfortunately, it was not properly supported and the outer walls were beginning to sag.  New Prairie came in and brought the floor to level as much as possible (couldn't bring it all the way due to the poor original construction that they didn't do) and put a new outer foundation on the addition to support the outer walls.  I don't think this was a simple job.  I had several contractors out who wouldn't touch it.  New Prairie knew it needed fixed and didn't back away from the project.  They were true professionals and I would work with them again in a heartbeat. <br />"
