Most recently, I used them to paint some interior rooms, tile, and complete a basement finishing project in a house I was selling, and a complete interior paint job on our new house. They provided excellent advice on economical but effective improvements for selling the house. "The Nonhof team was great to work with. Grant was professional and transparent throughout this process and showed a lot of integrity and delivered on everything he said he would. There was a delay because of his dry wall guy who was doing the ceilings and Grant brought in another guy for a quote, but we ultimately decided to wait for the original man because that is who Grant usually uses and he said he does great work and was also cheaper. Grant and his team went above and beyond and did extra patching to make the walls look really nice. He told us what the extra patching would cost, which we agreed to, but he decided not to charge us as a "thank you" for us being patient with the delay which we appreciated. They even put all the switch plate and outlet covers back on for us which we weren't expecting but was also appreciated. The ceilings and paint look great, and I would definitely hire him again."

"I contacted CertaPro for an estimate on exterior house painting. Representative Steve Edwards and I agreed on a time and Steve confirmed appointment and arrived right on time. Steve carefully examined the exterior of the house and provided an estimate that was reasonable for two coats of paint. <br /> We agreed upon an approximate start date for the project. There was minor delay of a day or two due to rainy weather, and I was appreciative that the crew was flexible in their scheduling so that there weren't any excessive delays or rushes to beat the rain. The paint job was finished in a very reasonable amount of time and looked great. After a couple of months and rain/wind/snow storms, I have not seen any peeling or other signs of abnormal wear on the paint.   <br /> Throughout the process the crew provided excellent communication, verifying and recommending color choices based on my home's construction and providing regular updates on their progress and estimated completion time. When the job was finished we did a thorough walkthrough to confirm that all work was completed to satisfaction. <br /> The quality and communication were great and the price was very reasonable.
