I chose to have I-beams installed to the floor joists and seal the cracks. The work was explained before hand and I knew what to expect. We are going to use him again for property boundary line change between me and my neighbor. So happy we found a survey man we are comfortable with. They relocated the existing gate and part of the fence as well as adding concrete. The finished project looks great and is exactly what I wanted. They hauled away all debris and left the space clean.
