"My wife and I just bought a house in Pinellas County, near our daughter and family, but we were still living on the East coast of Florida. We came in to coordinate projects related to plumbing, electrical and carpentry. I had three companies/contractors for each category scheduled to come in and review the projects and give me quotes. Trying to schedule 9 contractors is like trying to herd cats, but it got done, even though there were some time variations on when they came out that day, all but a few showed up. I always like to meet and get multiple bids on any projects I have for my home. The inspection report for the home showed several pluming issues. Of the three plumbers who came out. Only Paul Laezza from Phillip Maurici, “The Clean Plumbers” came back with a quote without additional prompting. Again, his bid was not the cheapest, but his demeanor and demonstration of his skills won me over. His company sent out a plumber who did exactly what they said they would. I was on the East coast at the time, and we communicated via text and voice. He sent me pictures of his work and all my plumbing is working beautifully. I found Paul to be very professional, pleasant to talk with and an expert in his field. The company “the Clean Plumbers” had some issues with phone support over the weekend (they share an off-hour phone service), but eventually that was resolved. I will use Paul again for any future plumbing needs."

"Our faucet replacement required plumber assistance due to frozen hot water shut-off which we were unable to remedy ourselves. Maurice replaced the hot water valve and then installed our new faucet with escutcheon plate and drain that we supplied and replaced the drain connection to new drain tailpiece. The work was done quickly and efficiently with no fuss or mess. The repair and installation are quite satisfactory though it does seem that the project was rather costly especially for work we would have done ourselves but for the inability to replace the supply valve. Despite the expense, we would consider Cass for additional plumbing requirements should they become necessary."

"Chris Bahr showed up on time and did a quality job. They had to remove old plumbing and re-route new plumbing for a washing machine connection. The were very nice, respectful and grateful for the  chance to do the work. They replace the old plumbing with all new parts and the job was very professional looking upon completion. The also offered suggestions on other projects I had in the works and recommended other companies that I could trust. if you want a good job at a fair price, use Chris Bahr. "I messaged Wayne Conyers Plumbing last night on Angie's List and received a call first thing this morning. They came out to inspect the leak and determined that it would require replacing the unit. The house was built in 2006 so I am assuming the tank was the original. They came back around noon and installed the tank in about one hour. They were courteous, professional, and quick."

"Craig came out and did several tests, he ended up getting in the pol and notice my pool drain pipe was broke under the pool. I told him I never used the drain so he placed a plug in at no additional cost. Woke up this morning and this was the first morning in 3 months I did not have to add water. FANTASTIC job! "Had Carr out about a year and a half before starting project to 'bid' and they were good enough to 'update' bid prices over the phone so that I could compare w/ other companies vying for the work. They also referred three electricians, all of whom were good 'leads', two of whom were extremely professional and helpful in their bidding the electrical aspect. I'm particularly grateful that D'Andrea Electric insisted we contact TECO before installing TruTankless!!! We could have cut through months of 'B.S.' had the second plumbing company been as upfront about the very real possibility that our amperage wasn't sufficient to the power surge of a Tankless system! Even when we were about to go w/ Tankless, Carr gave us another excellent referral of FWT to install the water softener at less cost than Kielty had been quoting. It was with almost relief that we finally realized Carr's bid for the hybrid we ended up going with instead was (most) reasonable so that we gave both the work of putting in the water heater AND the water softener to them. Carr came out as quickly as they could (after months of being in limbo, we were up against holiday/travel plans) and installed both systems in one morning. When the county called for additional 'venting' to clear the permit, Chuck, our installation fellow was 'on it' immediately. It's always nice to have the permit inspectors say, '_____, good company!' as they did when they heard Carr had done both installations. We feel fairly confident that we'll have years of service from both the Rheem and the Fleck system or if there are future problems, Carr will stand behind us through any warranty 'issues'."

Richard, a nice gentleman, arrived with a mask, very professional, installed a Bosch dishwasher - he removed our old one (and carried away at no charge) - did wiring for the Bosch special electrical box, and installed a cut off valve that should have been there. We were very pleased with the entire experience. Great plumbing services company - we have used them for many many years now and will certainly continue!"
