"The technician did an excellent job. He replaced the flexible aluminum duct material rather than cleaning it as it was so full of lint. He did an excellent job and we will use their services again in about a year to a year and a half. Unfortunately we will need to replace our dryer because we waited too long to have the lint removed and there is too much inside the dryer in places where lint poses a fire hazard for the dryer to operate safely. It is an eleven year old dryer and we opted for replacement rather than to try to have it repaired. Going forward we will have yearly or biyearly servicing."

"My furnace had been vibrating and banging. I had replaced the old metal mesh filters with new cut-to-fit fibre mesh filters and awoke in the middle of the night with a screaming headache and the place reeking of hot fumes. The drum was hot, the furnace cover was hot and even the filters were exceedingly hot. I pulled out the cover and balanced it that way with string across. I had been trying to contact Post Falls Heating and Air Conditioning (in Post Falls, ID) as a neighbor recommended them, for some time without success. Found out that firm had been purchased by Advanced Htg and A/C LLC in Hayden, ID (adjoining north Coeur d'Alene, not too far away). Virginia in their office was so pleasant on the phone - told her I "live" on social security and was scared to death of what the repairs might cost as I had no idea what was wrong, maybe something like bolts loose. We made an appt. and the employee, Joel, who performed the work was right on time, very friendly and professional. After checking the noise and heat from it, he decided that perhaps the whole problem might hopefully be caused from it never having been cleaned (since years before I moved here). He dismantled it, cleaned out the blower motor (dust and cat hair), and washed the blower wheel in the bathtub. I was appalled at the gunk he got out of it. After reinstalling all this, the furnace worked perfectly, no banging, no overheating - no other problems. I was indescribably relieved and thrilled. Joel is an exceedingly pleasant young man, excellent in his work, and cleaned up everything as he went along. The price was way below what I had feared :) and I am thrilled with the work and the people in this company. (Even my large dog liked him and she is normally scared to death of men, having been brutalized the first couple of years of her life, - and we all know that dogs read people way better than people do LOL )"

"A nice young man came on time and cleaned most of my carpets and a recliner in two hours. He was fast and didn't charge more to do several area rugs as other companies have in the past. The carpets weren't overly wet and dried completely by the next morning even though the weather was cool. He used a plastic baffel on the bottom of the entry door to ensure the hose didn't mar the paint and wore booties over his shoes. We were really impressed and will be using this company's service again. <br />"
