"The tech, Justin, showed up on time, was very courteous & professional, and suggested/showed replacements/additions that, if made, would make my unit run efficiently. He did a fantastic job cleaning the outside unit and thoroughly checked my a/c unit - what a deal for $39. Nothing was done (that would incur an additional cost) without first showing me and having my blessing to move forward. Incidentally, I did not feel pressured to make any repairs/purchases above and beyond the a/c tune-up. When he was done, my a/c unit was running the best I recall for some time. I have found the folks who will be my go-to for a/c and heating service. :) Actual - Replaced run capacitor ($135.) and added a couple lbs. of R22 refrigerant ($190.). VERY reasonable."
