JM Concrete is a locally owned business with mainly 3 to 4 employees that knows what they are doing. I like to keep my company kind of small so i can give discounts to people and i always know my employees have work. I make it a point to my employees and my self that the customer should be 100% satisfied before we leave that job site. I request half down to start the project and the balance on completion only when you the customer is 100% satisfied not untill then do i get the balance. I don't have any other fees because i believe the customer should not have to pay to get a bid. I try to keep my employees in a happy mood, because when the employees are happy there gonna work harder and more productive. On stamped and decorative concrete, i bill you as, Half down to start, 1/4 after we pour, and balance on completion.
