"Don Shin and his AA Painting were dependable and meticulous. Once we agreed to the project with AA, they were quickly available and did the work in one day. Don suggested a penetrating stain for the walls and a brighter, more cleanable paint for the metal trim, which we had originally thought might be matte. Since we were going from a dark wood color to a lighter one, his people did multiple coats. The crew moved all furniture and carefully removed several bamboo shades and brackets (which they later reinstalled). Their plastic drop film and taping work was carefully done to produce a painting job that was literally perfect--not one drop spilled, not one piece of furniture harmed. They were neat, courteous, and professional, both with us and with the staff of our condominium building. In the midst of the job my wife had a medical emergency. Since we saw that the AA people were very reliable, we had no problem leaving them to their work while we ran to the clinic. We are definitely thinking of AA for other projects."

"I had my ceiling painted in my entire house. I had smoke damage from my wood stove and paint on the ceiling. The previous home owner had a little girl who painted her room purple and got some of the paint on the ceiling. Dwayne did a beautiful, professional job. I could tell that he is proud of his work and his attention to detail. There was no dripping. The lines where the walls and ceiling met were crisp. "Phillepe did a superp job at cutting out a small wall in condo and fixing floor to match. A+. Great on communicating. Great pricing. The job was a rather large one, I personally in hind sight do not recommend spraying paint for condos in winter due to ventilation. But after a few weeks when the air cleared, I am appreciative of the nice clean lines they did on painting. They re sprayed ceiling too to get it whiter. All the spray was a bit much for me, air wise, and although I was not fully moved in at the time, it took a little time for it to settle. I personally would request hand painting next time around, as over spray can float or get it's mist settling on wood or in air more than expected, as long as adequate ventilation is available. But I am doing my review now, several months later, because I appreciate how my condo looks (the job) so much. Lines good, and job over all worth it. Phillepe wanted me to be happy and is very friendly. Overall, I am glad he helped paint it, and as mentioned lines are very clean, and the wall cut out and floor match job done well."

"We had a very positive experience with Flanagan Painting. Joe was very responsive and fully explained the process steps involved with cleaning, patching and painting our 1918 2.5 story home's brick, stucco and wood exterior. Our project included three paint colors for the wood trim, stucco and brick and took about 7 business days to complete. They power washed the entire home and then scraped and patched peeling paint and cracks in the stucco and brick prior to apply two coats of paint. The cedar deck turned out better than expected as we had not had it stained in a number of years. After power washing it, Joe took the extra time to sand down some stubborn stain spots and the end result looks great (pic below is taken in dappled shade). The crew worked quickly and Joe followed up at the end with the final finishing work. I really appreciated doing business with Joe and his attention to detail and commitment to ensuring we were happy with the results.. We are very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Flanagan Painting without hesitation."
