"First, my phone call with Dave was very helpful as he instructed me how to close the garage door even though the opener was not working. Second, Matthow, the person who completed the work was outstanding. He arrived prior to the scheduled appointment and did everything he could to repair the existing opening system. As it was the computer component that failed, he was not able to complete the repair. Thus, he installed a new system. He was courteous, respectful, and explained what he as doing prior to doing it. I highly recommend this company and will hire them should I need them again in the future."

They took our old roof off, fixed some boards underneath, and put the new roof on in the same day. Our gutters were done a week or so later. It all looks great."

"The technician was on time and professional. He climbed up on the roof and examined it. He reported that there was no damages, but a couple of shingles needed repair. He repaired the loose shingles for no charge This service gave me great confidence in the firm. I would use them in the future."

"They were fine. They were nice. I couldn't really tell how good of a job they did. The chimney wasn't that dirty on the inside anyway. I have no idea how to determine whether they did a good or bad job. There was an upcharge, which I didn't really understand. What they were saying was, if there's a metal lining, there's no extra charge. But, if there's no metal lining on the chimney, they charge extra. It was $35 extra. They called and said that they were running late and it was the end of the day before they finally got there."

"Service tech was good at what he did. They are way over priced. We paid $261 just to have the bathroom faucet handles leak fixed. It looks as though we were charged for a full kit faucet kit. They did not replace the whole faucet. Our entire bill was over $500. Seems very overpriced."

"We had a difficult time getting them to return our calls to schedule the insulation, when they finally did put us on the schedule they didn't really stick to the schedule. They kept pushing us back and didn't come when they said they would but they did end up finishing by the end of that same week. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Apparently, they were having trouble with a spray gun when they were there and the worked performed was very sloppy, they missed a few spots and they also sprayed our interior shower wall completely shut so we couldn't get to the valves to hook up the water. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />When we called to discuss our issues it was around 5:30 or 6 in the evening and we were impressed that both the salesman and the scheduler called us back that night to discuss our issues and assured us that they would take care of everything....and they did. The guy that came back to correct our issues did a great job and even cleaned up a lot of the sloppiness from before and made it look a lot nicer. They also cleared the spray foam from the shower valves so we could get the water lines connected. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />So, we did get off to kind of a disappointing start with them but they ended up doing everything that they said they would and definitely came back and took care of any issues that we had so because of that we would use them again and would also recommend them to others. Everyone has problems occasionally, it's how you take care of those issues that matter. <br />"
