"Project of demo old deck and build a new to the same plan did not get started until late November. There were periodic weeks during the winter that did not allow for any work. The company owner/manager(Ivan) kept us informed of the status. The quality of workmanship was very good and followed the city inspection. Project that was over 15K came in at the bid price."

"Tom from Lake Region recently installed four new exterior doors for us, and he did a great job! The project included a sliding glass door, a front door with sidelights, and two other single exterior doors. I only included pictures of the old to new front door, due to Angi’s limitation on file size. Tom's workmanship is top-notch. He was clean, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He ensured everything was perfectly aligned, sealed, and finished. He even hauled the old doors away. We are particularly happy with the front door entryway; the installation of the door and sidelights was flawless and has greatly improved our home's curb appeal.
