"The scheduling and installation went as expected.  Windshield used was better than OEM quality.  Windshield didn't seal on passenger upper corner and leaked into headliner after going through car wash.  Greg attempted mitigation of leak which failed.  Greg agreed to remove, reuse and replace the same windshield no charge in accordance with his warranty.  A lack of Greg's responsiveness resulted in getting the windshield replaced again by a Ford dealership which cost around $500.  Greg reimbursed me for a little more than half the original $300 cost of the windshield as a good faith gesture.  Based on my experience, I would recommend Greg for any vehicle EXCEPT a Ford Edge.

He oversaw several subcontractors including ceiling work, framing/structural work, installation of ceramic tile, plumbing. I brought in my own HVAC subcontractor. He did electrical work and finish carpentry. He and his twin brother did the IKEA cabinet mounting and base cabinet framing with an eye to precision and accuracy; he also framed out our pantry project to a high level of finish and recommended dimensions for pantry doors for a good final design. He was quick to fix a couple of minor edits (outlet placement, drawer functionality with base cabinet infrastructure) to ensure we were happy with the final results. He showed a strong aesthetic eye for the finish, providing important suggestions, and volunteering extra touches that made the kitchen look cohesive.
