The team at Keyprime were extremely clear about project risks and expectations, and that meant that when additional issues were discovered during the project, we already knew about the possibility and were prepared to deal with them. The price is relatively high for a re-roof/new gutters, but the material quality is excellent and the workmanship is great."

"Chase from Excel Renovation was great to work with regarding our residential garage roof leak. He was very personable and there was excellent/ professional communication in talking through the potential issue and then scheduling a time to meet. Chase ended up starting with a simpler repair approach first, re-fastening and re-sealing a roof flashing, which we agreed was the right thing to do for our type of roof leak (very small leak) and for this cold time of year (late Nov). He was very honest in what he thought was the likely issue and digging deeper right away in our case, instead of just resealing and testing first, may cause more harm than good. He would not take any money for the repair…I tried though. :-) He said to keep an eye on it during the upcoming rain and snow melt(s) and he could always dig deeper if needed in the spring, removing interior sheetrock and then applying water with a hose over suspected area on the roof. If you’re looking for an honest company that won’t steer you wrong, give these guys a call. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely work with them again!"

"This was an A-team from start to finish, and was also the low bid on the project (a top quality metal roof) to boot. Dave is the consummate professional and fields a top notch crew. We have a small but EXTREMELY complex roof with two dormers and a chimney, a very intricate project (especially for metal) requiring much detail work. Due to planking gaps the old roof was covered with OSB, then membrane and roofing. Two flat sections required rubber membrane. Austad hit the trifecta of fast, good, and ... well, not exactly cheap, but again a highly competitive bid.
