"We were the second move of the day, so they give you a window on when they will come (between 11-4) and call 30 minutes to an hour before arrival. We had all our boxes packed and beds dissembled, and it took the 3 movers about an hour to load the truck. After arriving at the new house, they unloaded the truck into the rooms I designated. It took about 2 1/2 hours total - which was well under the estimate that had been provided. They movers did leave plastic wrap and a two wheel cart, which is why I did not give them "A's" across the board. But I would call again for a speedy move.

At this stage, I would probably consider myself a relocation veteran. I've seen it all - the good, the bad, the horribly awful and the exceptional. I would happily and wholeheartedly give Kurt and his team at Greatland Transportation the attribute of EXCEPTIONAL. From beginning to end it has been an absolute pleasure working with Greatland. They are responsive, professional, extremely reliable and they made the whole process of moving house (hopefully for the last time in a long time!) easy, straightforward and stress-free. Not only that, but at a very reasonable price that I would suggest is extremely high value for money. Kurt first gave me a rough estimate over the phone, he and his project manager then came over to the house to provide a more accurate estimate which ended up being slightly less than originally expected. Next they came over a few days before the move to pack everything up, making sure to ask about anything they weren't sure of (we left a few things behind in our old home for the new owners) and took great care of all our of delicate items: wine glasses, mirrors, picture frames, TVs, computers, etc. The moving out day completed ahead of schedule and went like clockwork, the move-in was exactly the same. We were fortunate to have Kurt, the owner, personally oversee the packing and the move-in. His project manager took care of move-out and did a terrific job in Kurt's absence. We did a quick check in before we moved to make sure we understood the plan and then Kurt did a detailed review of the move-in before we completed the job and paid the bill. Since completing the job a week ago Kurt has been in touch to make sure we're happy and to see if we had any questions or any issues that might have arose since we unpacked. I'm happy to say that everything is still fine and we're extremely grateful to Kurt and the team at Greatland Transportation. THANK YOU!!"
