"It went really well. Al and Corey are both fantastic to work with. I moved into a house where the yard was in rough shape. I talked to several different landscaping companies and decided on Goodfellows after the initial meeting. Al had such great suggestions for tweaking the design and thinking about the project, that I knew I would regret it if I chose someone else. The customer service is really good. Many contractors I have worked with are almost impossible to get answers from, but Al was always on top of everything I asked. The install team worked very hard and took great care when working close to the house to ensure nothing was damaged. We are very happy with the work that was done and would definitely recommend Goodfellows, without reservation, to anybody considering a landscaping project."

"Simply put. They made our project simple and straight forward. We wanted a small retaining wall and some plants put in. They provided in depth descriptions on how the process would go and provided service beyond our expectation."

"Our experience with Patios and More was top notch! Mike was responsive and took our considerations to heart as he designed our retaining wall. The team worked tirelessly and at the end of a long day, spent a lot of time cleaning debris from the street and ours and my neighborâ s yard. They are professional through and through and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to enhance their home!"

"We are very pleased with the patio and landscaping provided by Pat's company. He was very helpful in the planning and his team did a great job as can be seen in the final results. We highly recommend him."

"Clark Companies put a border around our swing set, installed rubber mulch and put down hydroseed. They communicated great, were friendly, on time and listened to exactly what I wanted. Will definitely use them for future landscaping projects."

"

Chris, the owner, reviewed my project needs, suggested block style and color, described the process in detail and provided an estimate.  To ensure I would be satisfied with the color choice, he directed me to another project he completed in my area where the same block was used.  The selection was perfect and I hired Artistic Landscapes.

The crew arrived on time and completed the project as planned. Chris was on site throughout the project to answer any questions I might have and to ensure all was on track.  The effort entailed removal of the existing flagstone wall, digging and setting a base, and removal of left-over flagstone and soil. They also had to accommodate my gutter drainpipe, and I was impressed with their solution. The team was professional, well organized and efficient.

It looks great!  I have no hesitation recommending this company!

"Wonderful experience with Better Yards and Gardens. Good communication, great patience with property being in Saint Paul and challenging little acreage of a backyard. Patio is beautiful! And the cleanup of retaining wall beds and beds along house and putting in landscape rock looks great. Timing to schedule was short and the project was completed in a day and a half. Would definitely recommend Better Yards and Gardens!"

"The project was completed on time and turned out well. We have a boulder wall and the new boulders are much bigger and should stay in place. The workers were experts, very impressive. The only snag was that the machinery cut the sprinkler line and getting someone out to fix that is proving to be very sdifficult"

"We are very happy with our new retaining wall and concrete steps! Tom and his crew persevered through many challenges to fill a giant hole that was more serious than anyone had realized! They built a beautiful new retaining wall and poured concrete steps. They created an underground drainage system that will prevent future problems with water erosion. We had formerly worked with a different business to repair the hole but their efforts were not successful over time. We wish we had called Tom first. We have received numerous compliments from neighbors and people passing by on our new, improved front yard steps and wall. Even the mailman was impressed!"

"They added underground downspouts that moonlight elsewhere to my gutter system. Not only did they add that, they secured the gutter back to the wall and grated and seeded where they dug. They went above and beyond and Now we are already talking about the next project. Very honest and fair pricing."
