He also advised us on aquatic plants and fish that were suitable for our pond. They worked efficiently and took care to reduce the impact of installation on surrounding plants. The cost for the work was fair and reasonable."

"Dale, and his staff at Aquatic Rock Formations, is a true professional at installing, repairing, and updating water features. Dale is a problem solver, who is creative and dedicated to doing the job correctly the first time. His extensive experience led him to discover the specific issue with the auto fill on my waterfall on his first visit just three days after contacting him. He immediately telephoned me about the repair, estimated cost, and scheduled the time just a couple of weeks in the future. When an unrelated, unexpected issue was recognized during the repair, he made time in his schedule to return the following day to finish. Then he returned back within two days of the completion to make sure that it operated as expected. It was comforting to be able to reach him when questions arose. The price was both similar to the estimate and fair. I had worked with two other companies regarding the same problem with the auto fill and both were unable to diagnose nor remediate the issue over a four-month time period. I was so impressed by Dale that a number of weeks later, I contacted him about installing lights on the falls. They look fabulous! I plan on using only him for my future projects and highly recommend him for planning, building, repairing, or updating water features."

"Everything went perfectly. Chris was VERY upfront, honest, and helpful in his emails and had me check a few things first to possibly avoid a service call. He could have easily just come out in order to make the sale but instead was very helpful with trying to at least first save me some money. He came out and identified the problem right away (it was a bad autofill mechanism). He then installed a new one and showed me how to adjust it. Chris could not have been more helpful and professional. I will definitely use him again for our pond/fountain issues again."

THEY ALSO DO SOME REPAIR WORK (THEY WERE ABLE TO ADD AN EXTENSION TO MY PUMP). SUPPLIES DON''T ALWAYS COME IN ON TIME AND THEY''RE NOT THE BEST AT RETURNING CALLS, BUT THEIR ENTHUSIASM, KNOWLEDGE AND CONGENIALITY MAKE UP FOR IT."

"Carl drew up a lovely plan for redoing the landscaping in the fall of 2017. The work was done in the spring as soon as the weather and their scheduled permitted. The crew did a nice job removing the old planting and replacing with new plants. I was pleased that existing plants were incorporated into the plan and that places were found to relocate some heirloom plants from my mother and grandmother. The new tree and plants were larger than expected and the debris was cleaned up thoroughly and hauled away promptly. I have received many complements from the neighbors on the work."
