"Do not hire these people. Communication sucks. They only speak Spanish. Adrian, gets the job, (he speaks enough English to do that part). Then you never see him again. The men show up, and the language barrier is insurmountable. You cannot communicate what you want them to do, and they can't tell you what/if Adrian told them to do. They used a black color dye in the mortar and put it on white stone, which looked terrible. Because they were using this black dye it was on their hands and everything they touched-all the white stone on my porch, has black fingerprints now. Very messy, amateur work all over. They dumped the wheelbarrow w/ leftover mortar in my front lawn. I am just sick about hiring them. This project cost $2300. They hurriedly did it in 3 hours."

It was evident that Ga’nesha at ASAP Tuckpointing, LLC was the most knowledgeable and professional person we spoke with. She scheduled Martinez to come to our home and give us a bid. They were able to work with us on the fee to make it affordable to us as we really wanted to use this company. They built us a beautiful looking retaining wall at the rear of our house 4 years ago this month and were the low bidder by far--the bids ranged from over $17,000 to under $3000 for Finishing Touch with several others from 6k to 10k. I waited to post a review until now because build quality of a retaining wall can't be measured until after passage of time. Their wall has held up nearly perfectly over 4 years now so I believe it is justifiable to say it was properly built and the preparatory pre-construction work like ensuring drainage was all done well. On top of doing first rate work at the low price, a few months ago I contacted Mr. Watson about another potential job involving our crumbling and sagging concrete front steps and porch. He spent a good 20 minutes+ explaining we could get 90% of the benefit of redoing them by instead mud jacking them and using polymeric sand to fill a crack. He was right. I unreservedly recommend them."
