"We have a lovely waterfall going from the spa to the pool. Unfortunately, some tiles had broken, so it looked a little shabby. I looked all over to find someone to repair or replace. I tried contacting our pool service, and they didn't know anyone. I checked with other floor/tile places, and no one seemed interested. Love My Floors came out, looked it over, and gave me a quote on the project (one to replace broken tiles, the other to replace the whole thing). I decided to replace all the tiles (3 levels of tile, about 90 tiles). They did a fantastic job. Talking with Joe, the owner, was great! Very clear on what needs to be done and any additional damage found they contact you before proceeding. I would definitely recommend them. I did the entire house sub-floor, and carpeted three rooms and vinyl wood floor 3 rooms and two bathrooms. Their price was fair and his quote breaks down materials and labor and there are no hidden costs or anything. they cleaned up every night before leaving, I would definitely rehire these guys again.
