"My husband and I highly recommend Bob's Plumbing. Frank and his team, Mike & Ryan were terrific. We needed to replace our ancient water heater, and it was a very tricky job! We were impressed with their problem solving capabilities. They really do take pride in their work and took the extra time to do the job properly. Mike also rebuilt the flapper system in our toilet. Another company had installed the system improperly, and it had been running intermittently ever since. Now the toilet is quiet and works great, and with the high-quality Rheem water heater they installed, we never run out of hot water. We will be using and recommending Bob's Plumbing from now on. Thank you all again for the great job!"

They can’t explain what a small repair is either. Only reason they didn’t get 1 star is because the guy was on time."

"Do NOT use Surgi’s AC (Southern Air)!! They are crooks and totally wasted my time and I’m still waiting for them to refund my money. Eddie gave me a quote to move my condenser, $3763 but I could get a $513 “discount” for getting a membership with them ($239 for 2 AC PM’s a year) which came out to $3249. So I paid $239 to get membership and then they send a new quote and voila! No discount. They also charged me $89 for “service call” to come give me estimate to do work which they didn’t tell me about when I called. (My unit wasn’t broken, I just wanted it relocated in my yard.) Then no one will return my calls for two days!!! I finally got through to a manager (“we do honor our quotes, we just had a glitch in the system”) and I should be getting a refund after almost a week and half a dozen unanswered calls. Stay away!"

We had grievances over the countertop that was installed in my kitchen ,tax charge on the estimate price, and the removal of my old countertop and have it was disposed off .I don't think I was treated fairly with this job. No recommendations for this Pro."

"As a landlord you never want to get the dreaded call about a plumbing emergency. After some trouble shooting & getting a video camera down my main sewer pipe, I called Lenny's. The guys came out quickly to check out the problem & explain the options for repair. I got a quote emailed to me the next day & easily got a call back to answer a few questions about the scope of work. I got (3) quotes from reputable companies but chose to hire Lenny's based on their communication on site and well written quote which included a few items added to be sure we were up to code not mentioned by the other (2) company quotes. They seemed the less likely to end up needing to do more & charge me more, and the price given was right in line with the others. I had (2) tenants that needed to be scheduled around and the guys were good to communicate with me while doing the job so they knew when they could use the water etc. Most surprising and impressive - at the end of the job they had finished in less time than predicted, and also didn't end up needing to do as much work either, so they called me up to lower my final bill. This is the type of thing that makes you want to hire a company again and recommend them to others. Payment was easy - email quickbooks invoice sent for online payment. Their website says "Honesty and integrity are the hallmarks of Lenny's Plumbing Inc's philosophy and the foundation upon which the company was founded in 1967." - I believe them.
