"It went very well! We got several estimates and really did our homework for this before selecting Freeman. The estimates were all over the map -- some were much higher than Freeman and some much lower. But the ones that were lower came from guys who were one-man crews operating out of their houses, they were bidding on only parts of the job, and I doubt they were bonded and insured. Freeman was the lowest bid of what appeared to be the reputable and established companies who bid on the job. The crew came when they were supposed to and were always polite and professional. They did not track dirt into the house, even though it would have been easy to do. They finished maybe a day later than they said they would, but I think that was because of rain, so no big deal. "The contractor removed one tank containing filtering media the added a larger one with a media that was sufficient for the iron content that had to be removed.  He further adjusted the system and corrected the water flow and backwash cycle.   Other tanks were cleaned along with the flow valve for proper functioning. The contractor was in and out in four hours using two workers that were both polite and competent. Everything was cleaned up and was left in better shape than when they arrived. From the time they put the new system on line our water has been perfect.  We are so happy after several contractors worked on our system for 10 years and none of them has gotten it right. <br /> WE RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR TO ANYONE WITH BAD DRINKING WATER!"
