"Roofing repair appointment time was adjusted when weather looked bad for original time, so they adjusted THEIR time and came earlier in the week...when Friday weather looked bad ! I was so pleased, as this worked best for me as well. and they showed up right on time, ready to go .... Efficient ..... prepared..... roof repairs looked excellent . Good-natured guys and good manners....left absolutely NO mess behind.... I will bring them back FOR SURE...when the entire roof needs to be replaced. And I asked for an estimate of about how much longer my roof was good for.....and got one, and also any questions I asked about what caused the leak , etc. were answered. I was given a coupon discount without asking! Don had copies of business license, liability insurance, and more than I'd even have known to ask for ! Plus lists of clients with their contact information ! This company operates the way ALL businesses should...I didn't even have to ask for all this info... I found myself wishing they did other kinds of work/repairs too...as I would have hired them in a heartbeat for that too! Note: I live on what was my grandfather's farm and there is always something else that needs "fix'in".....the house is a beautiful old story-and-a-half "farmhouse" built in 1928 and I try to keep it looking good."

"A-1 Plus Remodeling recently repaired the drywall in our bathroom. It required sanding and a complete skim coat. Rommel was punctual and did an excellent job for a reasonable price. He provided a detailed estimate of the work to be done and did exactly as quoted. The quote for the same work from another company was much higher. The skim coat was perfectly smooth and the final result was beautiful. I am definitely keeping his name and number for future work."

"Devon and Casey were great, came out and took some measurements and were back within a few days to put the caps on. Unfortunately, the measurements were a bit off for one of the caps and they had to remanufacture it before they could install it. The guys were really awesome and came out on a Saturday so that the cap was installed before Tropical Storm Irma came through. They also took pictures of the installation so that I could see the work they did. Unfortunately for me, I found a few leaks along the chimney, post storm and at first I was concerned that maybe the flashing was damaged during the pan installation. Steve and the guys listen to my concerns and came back out to reinspect everything, which I really appreciated. They were completely willing to step up and take responsibility. Bad news for me was that the flashing wasn't properly sealed around the metal roof, Good news for them was that they did everything right. I would totally recommend these guys and if I have any more chimney needs, they'll be the first I call."

"Underdog Roofing met my expectations ten-fold. Being a general contractor myself I only wished all my subs had this type of personal, professional work ethic. I was out of state on vacation when my brother called to tell me water was pouring through his ceiling and more rain was expected. Not knowing any roofers in the Dalton area I gave Angi a try for the first time. Taylor called me within a couple hours (on a Sunday), told me he could be there in the morning. Showed up right on time. Sent me 40 pictures so I could see what was going on. Determined it was the missing brick mortar on top of the fireplace. We talked for a while, he offered to secure a tarp around it till I could get back in town for a very reasonable price. He also noticed a few shingles blown off garage and replaced those as well while he was there. I can say from first hand knowledge that Many roofers would have took total advantage of this situation in order to jack up the price of so called repairs. Thank you!!"

completed has been great. They did a good job of communicating with us along the way and letting us know what to expect.
Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were very impressed that the owner of the company sent us a card with his contact information and encouraged us to call him if we had any questions or concerns. The installation crew showed up on time and finished the entire job in one day. They kept things neat and did a good job of answering my 1,000 questions I had
for them during the installation. A special thanks to Mr. Trey, who went out of his way during the installation of the solar panels to make me feel comfortable. When I called him with questions about how the waterproofing worked, he stopped the entire job and brought me up on the roof to show me how the special roof brackets keep things from leaking.  We have just received our first electric bill and it was significantly lower than the same bill last year. We would recommend this company.
