We were very pleased with their work and their pricing was very reasonable. Tim's crew came the following Monday to demolish the old boiler and installed the new boiler on the same day. The new boiler was up and running on the same day. It was a smooth startup!"

"I would NOT recommend this company for anyone needing HVAC services. The technician they sent into our home was inappropriate and asked personal details over the phone with me. Our smoke detectors were going off in the house, and the technician told us carbon monoxide was leaking from the HVAC. Our smoke detectors only detect smoke/fire and they were going off due to a loose wire in one of the detectors. Becht Givens quoted us $10,000-$12,000 for a new HVAC because they "detected" carbon monoxide and that's why the smoke detectors were going off. They came out before a huge winter storm, turned the heat off in the house, and told us to pay for a replacement and they couldn't do anything else for us. Thankfully I called another company, and they assured us that carbon monoxide was not the issue and fixed our actual issue. This company is out for money and I will never use them again. I called to ask for a refund on the $99 dispatch fee and they refused a refund. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!"
