"My experience from the beginning to the end was exceptional!! Dan called me back immediately after I left a message and scheduled someone to come out the very next day to do an estimate. Dustin was punctual, friendly and extremely helpful in providing suggestions and helping me envision a landscaping design. After discussing the details, Dustin was able to provide me with a quote as well as the date they could start work. I was in contact with Dustin prior to the work starting to run ideas by him and ask questions. He was always extremely patient with me and very helpful. Brooks Landscaping started work on the exact day they promised and the crew was very courteous and friendly. I was extremely involved in the process every step of the way and felt that it was important to them that I was engaged and 100% satisfied with everything. "Though they had a wonderful personality, the work was not completed because they would not come back once paid. We now have to hire someone else to replace the gates, which we told them they were bowed and needed repair. This was only 2-3 weeks after installation. He always promised to come, but no show. Now we need a whole new gate which will set us back $800 for the big gate and another $300 for the smaller gate."

"For 5 years we thought about renewing a 5x 200 foot flower garden bed (destroyed when we had a septic field rebuilt). Finally , we called Jeff and his crew got the job done in four hours. They also cleared out a large pile of invasive vines that I was heaping in the driveway and turned a wood chip pile revealing gardening gold beneath. He also took initiative to raise dirt level around septic vents and plant grass seed. The 3 man crew was proficient and cheerful. Highly recommended!"
