This geographic distance did not adversely effect the outcome. From the initial salesperson (who took the gutsy risk of letting me visit and talk with two neighborhood customers while he waited outside before signing our contract) through the schedulers, work execution and Quality Control final inspection we were well pleased. The work started on time and was completed on time. Numerous personal phone calls and visits by the Power inspectors provided us with the comforting conclusion that we made the correct choice for a truly professional contractor. With our 50 year labor and product warranty I doubt we will need to redo our roof in our lifetime BUT if we move we would definitely chose Power again! "Victor came to inspect the leak problem we have. We have an intermittent leak, but I could not find the source of the problem. Victor and I went into the attic and he was able to find where the water was getting in. Then we went outside, and Victor went onto the roof. As it turns out, wind damage to some of the vinyl siding is the source of the leak, fortunately not the roof. So, I cannot attest to the quality of Master's work, but if the others at Master Roofers are like Victor, you will be in good hands."
