We had an unexpected sprinkler line that was in the middle of our excavation area and he took care of that. He also provided the materials for a retaining wall that we hadn't initially planned for, and he added that to the project scope without issue. "Owner of the company came to my property and he gave me a thorough bid covering the cleanup and disposal of 30 yrs of debris. He had his own dumpster trailers and his own equipment necessary to do the job. I am a very environmentally conscious person and he took the time to separate recyclables and lawn debris in different dumpsters for removal. He also gave me a fair bid to do the differed maintenance on my out buildings around my property and was able to restore multiple buildings that other contractors said would have to be torn down-removed and built new at a larger expense. We’ve recently had him back to build a hot tub surround with transparent roofing out of 120 yrs old barn wood posts that was saved from a building that couldn’t be remodeled. Definitely will have him back for future projects, highly recommended."
