They were prompt, courteous and consciousness. They did mulching of the branches on the spot. I wanted them to do a few more things towards the end of the day, to which they said they will come the next day (Sunday) at nine AM. They came at 9 AM on the dot, which demonstrated that they kept their word. I found Greg to be honest, and accommodating to what needs to be done. I would hire Suntell should the need arise in the future."
