Ben explained that several of his other stucco projects had hidden complications that delayed the start of our small job. But in the end, our patience was rewarded and we were very happy with the result. Here’s a brief recap. In late December 2015, six months after we signed the contract, Ben contacted us to let us know that our stucco repair was next in line. Our stucco was damaged from a rogue woodpecker and we were seeking a permanent (non-lethal) solution to the problem.
