"From the initial estimate visit to final product, I am so thankful I chose the Warrington Bros! Their workers worked all day on one of the hottest days of the summer and it was not an easy project. They removed long-established shrubs and weeds, trimmed limbs from trees in tricky spots to laying landscaping paper and installing mulch and installed all new shrubs/plants for the entire perimeter of my house. All for a VERY reasonable cost! They are now my go-to landscaping company!!"

Small jobs welcome

"Bob Short of Waterworks installed a paver patio at my home in 2014. I am now noticing that the patio is sinking near the home when not enough support was put to keep the dirt from settling. I have emailed Bob to ask for help in addressing this issue but he has not responded. I have offered to pay to help get this fixed before the pavers sink any further."

"Their work has always been "top-notch." Over the last 25 years, they replaced the tile twice, repaired the coping stones when needed, and last summer installed all new modern coping stones. This spring they are scheduled to re-plaster the pool for the second time in 25 years. They also assist with deck renovation by applying the mastic between the coping and surrounding pool deck. We are always pleased with results of their work. They provide the cost of the work upfront and always stick to the agreed price. Scheduling is tricky as it depends on the weather but once they begin the work, they stick with it until it is done without much downtime for use of the pool."

"OTHER THAN UNDER ESTIMATING AMOUNT OF MULCH NEEDED AND LABOR FOR MULCH BY $900, THE YARD LOOKS GREAT. OPENED IRRIGATION SYSTEM AND SHOWED ME HOW IT WORKED EVEN IN THE POURING. RAIN.    VERY PLEASED WITH JOB COMPLETED. <br />"

"the norm in this area, is for work to be constantly slowed because of workers not showing up when scheduled. Sean came and stayed with the job, was very dependable, and did it well. another neighbor used him on our recommendation and was also pleased. on Sean's own description, he said he is OCD and likes things done perfectly as he can manage. He is very particular about the construction and about the finished product, also."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for patios, walks & steps installation projects in Salisbury, MD

To calculate your paver needs:

  • Determine how many pavers cover a square foot.

  • Determine how many square feet you need.

  • Add an additional 10% to 20% for breakage and waste.

  • Consider your pavers’ sizes.

Or, you can hire a local pro who you know will get the right measurements the first time. This way, you get your weekend back instead of spending it measuring square footage.

A pallet of pavers costs $300 to $700 on average, and each pallet covers 56 square feet. The exact price depends on the type, size, and quantity of pavers you choose. Buying in bulk can sometimes offer additional savings, especially for larger projects. Ask your pro how you can save on material costs.

To get the best prices on pavers:

  • Hire a professional landscaper: Pros often receive discounts on materials, which can make hiring them more cost-effective overall.

  • Shop at local building supply stores: Check for overstock or bulk purchase deals. Bulk purchasing can be more costly up front but save you money in the long run.

  • Buy directly from manufacturers: Purchasing from a local brickyard or paver factory can offer competitive prices, especially for large quantities.

The main difference between driveway pavers and patio pavers is their load-bearing capacity. Driveway pavers are designed to withstand the weight of vehicles, whereas patio pavers aren’t suitable for such heavy loads. You can use driveway pavers for a patio, but using patio pavers for a driveway could lead to damage. Always check the weight limits of pavers and consult with a professional installer to choose the right type for your project.

Paver patios cost more than concrete patios because the materials and installation methods require advanced techniques and skilled labor. They deliver enhanced aesthetic appeal and allow for easier small‑scale repairs without affecting property taxes. The higher expense arises from premium paver materials and intricate installation processes that deliver long‑lasting durability and design flexibility. This robust solution provides notable benefits over concrete alternatives, making it a valuable investment for homeowners.
