He made sure all job materials were delivered when promised.  The largest of the projects was the deck (12'x50'), not a small deck & with 2 sets of stairs. Ryan was in charge of the deck. It was done on time with flair & a smile. Very pleasant guy. We made changes along the way which didn't seem to phase him in the lease. He gave us his input as to how to effectively make the changes we wanted. One of the changes was to widen one set of stairs when meant adding another stringer. It was no problem for him. One of the best changes we made was adding a gate to the other set of stairs. (there was not on there previously). Ryan custom made a very stong, beautiful gate!!! Our little dogs will not get out through that. The entire deck had to be brought up to code which it is now. The other projects went just as smooth as the deck.
