"We decided we needed to add gutter system off of second story slate top deck due to run off of rain water that left some stains on framing of outdoor living area below. Ian came out and we walked the project, discussed the problem leading us to this decision and the desired goals of final look. He proposed the best method, took the time to review flooring/roofing/sealant ssytem designed for outdoor area we added to ensure seamless installation. He took vital measurements and than discussed how it would look and within a few fays had supplied some drawings of project and cost. We agreed on process and direction and work started about a week later, or so, due to weather. He had a crew out here and they addressed existing materials that needed to be moved to allow for secure seal of install of gutter system. They installed flashing and than were back on following days, doing the balance of install. Any concerns or questons we had during the install were addressed by his team, and than later in the week Ian came by to do final review. We had a couple of areas we wanted minor tweaks and he spotted a few minor things as well, and within an hour all was done. We were very excited upon next rain to see a perfect solution to our previous problem !! <br />"
