We hired Shane Christiansen of SSC General Contractors in Sept 2022 for a $49K exterior renovation?concrete patios (upper/lower), stairs, front porch resurfacing, and a cedar fence with gates. Concrete defects?cracking, spalling, pitting, and discoloration?appeared quickly. Shane's patch attempts made it worse, leaving mismatched overlays that became icy and hazardous. The front porch had to be redone three times and still failed.
