"I used COIT. I was un-enthused by the guy they sent to clean my carpet a couple of years ago. I don't think I will use them again. They took the draped and when they took the drapes back, the installers, who were not the ones who took them down didn't know how to put them up. They had little puff balls on them and they didn't know how they went. They had to get a guy who took them down to come out and he knew. I had never had drapes cleaned before so I have no comparison with pricing. They looked clean to me, no spiders or anything falling out of them. The guy that took them down was very professional."

"The two-year contract was a little cheaper than the annual one. They replaced my original HVAC system. I feel closeness to the company because one of the owners was my neighbor, but has moved out now. We were able to retain the sense of closeness with the current members of the company. I called them out once to get an estimate on an external power generator. They evaluated the electrical usage in my home and determined that it would be so expensive to install one that the actual usage wouldn't justify the install. They have been pretty responsive to my phone calls. I have also talked to them about some alternative in heating and cooling sources and other services that they provide. So they are pretty good about providing information when I need it and in responding to service calls. If it is an emergency, they come out quickly and they work with me pretty well on the maintenance check schedule. I am pretty pleased with the service."
