"Trinity has done nothing but mislead and not communicate with me. Everything was wonderful while they were being paid but the communication from the sales *** and the ******************* is far below average it an issue comes up. They busted my driveway right at the entrance.I have the video of it happening. They are saying it wasn't their fault even though they backed up put padding down then drove over it. Why wasn't that done in the first place. I was also told my little shed was included by the ***. The day before instal he called and said it couldn't be included. What they did respond to fast was the day I called to say I had the insurance check. They were very fast to respond and come pick that up And cash it. Yet didn't start the job for a month."

"They missed their first appointment to give an estimate. Chepi was scheduled to come and Shay Dee Barber showed up several hours early for the next appointment and began "doing work" when no one was home. No contract or permission was given to do any work. He tried to give an invoice which was 8 times tghe estimate from other roofers. His "work" had to be torn out and thrown away by another vendor I had to hire because Shay Dee Barber did such a poor job. Shay Dee Barber has no roofing skills. He angrily threatened "I'll put a lien on your house" which was laughable as he had no contract. L&I, who grants licenses said he only has a general contractors license and there is no skill needed. This is a "contractor" to stay away from!!"

"We needed a new roof and connected with 240 Construction LLC through Home Advisor. Tommy got in touch with me right away and listened to my story, figured out what was needed, and got together a detailed estimate. That was Friday night. On Monday morning the crew was at the house, tearing off the old roof. By the end of the day the new underlayment was down and the house was ready for new shingles. While the old roof was coming off, Tommy was sourcing all required materials to finish the job and making sure that they would be on site the next day. On Tuesday the crew showed up early in the day, hauled off the old roofing stuff and got busy expertly putting the new roof on. By the end of the day the job was finished and it was 100% perfect. "DO NOT EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY. 7 years ago they installed metal roofing on our new construction made with SIPS. Our contractor provided manufacturer installation instructions. Early work began fine and their process was signed off by our contractor. Then multiple crews came through, who apparently did not get the message. A metal roof on top of SIPS SHOULD HAVE LASTED 50 YEARS. NOW we're having to replace our roof at a greater cost than out-of-state college tuition. The new roofers are having to scrape rotted OSB from the foam insulation, completely negating the SIPS warranty and littering the neighborhood with the rotten debris. The analysis is that Forever Roofing (1) installed the Tiger Paw sheeting incorrectly and (2) did not bend the top of the metal panels up under the roof peak, both of which allowed water to enter. FURTHERMORE, after letting water in, they blocked off any egress at the bottom of the roof with wood blocks between the staves. Eventually water sat in there for years until the soffits started popping off. One of the Forever Roofing managers came by to take a look at the damage and essentially washed his hands of the business - no integrity for workmanship. RUN AWAY - "Forever" is an utter misnomer."
