But when my flat roof was leaking water into my hallway, they, unlike other roofing companies I contacted, told me they would work in an immediate temporary repair. True enough, by that evening, the repair was done. The company finished their current job and then squeezed in my project after working it out with their next customer. So within I believe a week of my emergency, I had a new roof on. Truly great people to work with, from explaining the bid to me and communicating on daily progress. "Northwest tile was very helpful even though it was just a very small purchase. I need 10 roofing tiles for some repair and Oli bent over backwards to help me even thought it was just a $50 purchase. I happened to be in the area on a Saturday, but they trusted me enough to set out the tiles for me and leave the money. I am very appreciative to them for this, since I could not find these tiles anywhere else. For $50 I would not have expected any company to give me the time of day.
