"Overall, I would give this company 4 stars. The cleaning girls themselves did a great job and were very kind and professional. They came back an hour later to fix the areas I wasn?t fully satisfied with, which I appreciated. The only thing still missed were the bathroom baseboards, but overall the house looked much better and I enjoyed having the girls clean my home. My biggest issue was with management and pricing. The cost ended up being higher than I expected, and communication regarding timing and charges could have been handled much better. Management also clearly did not discuss with the cleaners what we specifically wanted done beforehand, because we had to walk through everything ourselves and explain it directly to the girls. Because of that, I personally wouldn?t hire the company again. However, the actual cleaners who came to my house were wonderful, hardworking, and thorough, and I would absolutely hire them separately from the company in the future."

"The service was fine, but the company standards for their people was difficult to follow. They canceled my service stating that I was asking the crew to do different things that they did not approve of. I never asked them to do anything that was not standard cleaning. There were to many restrictions which did not make sense to me. Can not move furniture to clean floor, can not clean walls??? Feather dusting without moving things. (She changed this). The workers were confused as to doing some things because they felt they would get in trouble. They were nice and liked working but really did not feel comfortable because of the situation between me and the company. Standard cleaning is self explanatory as to deep cleaning."
