"This is not a company that operates in a legitimate manner. My first contact with one of their representatives included assurances that their company handles all aspects of an interstate move. Totally incorrect. World Class Moving and Storage (WCMS) contacts out the pick up, loading, delivery and unloading to independent contractors. They require payments at various stages of the process, as stated in the contract, yet in our case the payments went to three different organizations. They do not accept credit cards for any payments, contrary to the notation on the Angi site. If you do not pay exactly when required, they stop all their work even if you have already paid a majority of the contracted amount. If you dispute anything you end up speaking with some of the most arrogant and disrespectful people on earth. They want final payment even without providing a receipt for that payment. A final inventory was not provided and items were missing. Avoid using this company!"

"Chaparral Movers - Tony Rivera was over the top for this project! From the first call with Sandra, to the window of time given, they were amazing! Picked up a new sofa-sleeper from a furniture store in Giddings and were at our client’s home in Round Top within 25 minutes. In addition, they unboxed & placed the legs on the sofa, removed the box & before they left, put a rug under a very heavy metal bed for us. Their pricing was fair & we will definitely spread the word for Chaparral Movers! "

"This company misrepresented themselves from the very beginning. I found them on Angi?s list. They stated they were a direct carrier not a broker- not true. Initial contact went smoothly right up until a week before my move July 2025. I had an estimate for the move but the Monday of the week I was moving, they made a ?quality check? phone call and went back over the inventory. By the end of the call they had added an additional $1300! There was all kinds of confusion as to when the truck was actually going to arrive. I was afraid they would?t show. When the truck arrived,(subcontracted) it was a U-Haul with just the driver! He hired some pickup person to help. When then got loaded, the driver was telling me it would cost more due to there being more than the inventory! I refused. Unloading was equally bad, hired a local helper and they was a variety of damage. Then when it came time to pay, I was told cash or money order only! This was never discussed! Never, ever use this company!"

"PFM is a brokerage company. Quoted me 2k. When actual movers came they said they would have to charge me more right away. Said they would have to load truck to measure. Charged me another 2k. Said they would store my items in warehouse and charge me storage fees and sue me. Upon delivery they said truck as to big and charged me 500 for smaller truck plus 2k. Said I couldn't pay with CC at that point and had to be zelle. I protested but was told they would leave with my items and put in storage charge me 300-500. Then I noticed items were damaged. My 2k lazyboy had a hole and tear. The insurance company offered me 60 dollars for chair. I was negotiating with ibar from PFM. He offered me 3000 dollars to remove negative review. Then stopped communicating. I took the insurance offer. Said I wanted check. Months later I was informed PFM had my check. Told me they could zelle me money. Told them I didn't use zelle. Was told i must not really want money and hung up on me. "

"I highly recommend Badger Moving company! Armando was very responsive when I reached out. He was friendly and polite and gave me a great price. Honestly, I was very nervous after hearing all of the moving company horror stories of movers cancelling, breaking things and just not caring. Armando and Osman arrived on time and ready to work. They moved me effortlessly from a 3rd floor, 2bed 2bath apartment. They were friendly and efficient. They took great care of my belongings and nothing was broken during the move. "The guys were very professional and paid attention to the time. They let us know when we were in danger of going over time so we could reasses what could possibly be moved in a car after they were done. I really appreciated that. I wasn't on site as I have a broken shoulder and was watching my grandson so my son and daughter in law could supervise and they did a great job with the guidance of the movers. I paid online with no problem and it was honestly one of the easiest moves I've ever had. I'd use them again in a heartbeat!"
