We had very specific problems we needed addressed, flooding in the back yard, we are on a very busy corner so we wanted protection against drivers ending up in our bedroom, privacy in our front bedroom, we have a telephone pole in our back yard, a pool we want to feel private even though we live across from the high school, and three kids who need space. They designed a stunning front and back yard that addressed all our issues. Even took into account our location at the high school and added boulders for kids to wait on so they wouldn't trample my yard! I love succulents and California natives so those were used throughout. A rotation of plants were utilized as well so even in the winter we have nice colors through our yard. They are a joy to work with and skilled in their craft. Their attention to detail and practical knowledge yields amazing results that you can enjoy for years."

"Eduardo and his team are fantastic!! We purchased a fixer home with a .33 acre lot, so there was lots to do. The grading was all wrong creating lots of sitting water that was causing damage, old fences and decks were rotting away and hazardous and things were pretty ugly. Eduardo listened carefully to our ideas and even offered some input that was really helpful. He took into consideration our young children and dogs, and what we wanted for our home. The prices are very reasonable for all the hard work and materials. Everyone always arrives on time, usually early. The guys are always so happy and extremely nice. My toddler adores them. Eduardo and his team were so professional and left the site immaculate everyday. They stuck to the timeline given and we now have this beautiful yard in both the front and back to enjoy. "I reached out to Geico Builders through referral program. Project Manager Mila was super responsive and came out to give me ideas and quote. Once we agreed to the bid they were able to start work in just a few days. I already had a plan and plant list from a landscape architect so I was able to share those documents with them. I had biggest issue with the goffers all over my front yard, the suggestion that Mila gave me was priceless. The way how they did concrete an the amount of rebars they use I knew at that time this concrete stays here for a very long time! Team worked very quickly and efficient always left the job site clean when they left for the day. Mila was also helpful when we added more elements to the original plan.
