"Ross was very helpful and patient with our project. We had a lot of questions about upgrading our panel and adding a sub panel for a hot tub and outdoor conduits. He was prompt with calling and texting and has been very responsive with getting the project moving from the start."

"Jared was responsive, knowledgeable and had great ideas about how to light our our outdoor spaces. He was thorough, and took great care to not mess up our irrigation while installing the electrical in the same places. From pathway lights (on timers and available to be controlled remotely by our phones, which is so helpful!) to illuminating our glorious oak tree in the evening, all the elements have re-invigorated our garden. We spend so much more time out there now."

"Our review is for the Kitchen remodeling project that included the replacement of all the hardwood floors and new installation of all the ceiling lights at the house. Gili and his team at LAR Construction & Remodeling were very fast, honest and professional during the whole remodeling project. We really love the results of the work and the high quality of all the materials that were used in the work. Highly recommend company for anyone who is interesting in a home remodeling project!"

"Vince reviewed our property and the work that needed to be done.  In 2 days he contacted us with his estimate.  We felt his price was very fair and hired him for the job.  He was able to get to us quickly since we were worried about the spindly tree or the neighbors overhanging tree falling on our house during the upcoming winter storms.  His crew moved any yard decorations, solar lights, planters, or anything else that might get broken.  We have artificial turf under the tall tree and were afraid it would be damaged.  Vince's crew was able to cut the large limbs and ease them to the ground without harming the turf.  We had another small tree that needed removed that my husband was going to take out. Since they were able to get to our work so quickly he didn't have time to remove the tree.  Vince's crew took it out for us at no extra charge even though it wasn't in the original estimate.  With all the work that needed to be done and the clean up his crew was able to do everything in one day. They worked quickly and efficiently.  They were thorough in cleaning up all the debris and even took out old leaves that had fallen under the hedges.  They swept up any leaves or debris that were left on the yard, concrete, and driveway.  They were also very careful around our pool area.  These guys worked very much as a team in accomplishing the task while keeping safety in mind.

"I needed some outlets repaired cuz they weren't working I called them. I was surprised to see that they got the job done fast and neat they new what to look for and did an awesome job!."

"Excellent. Arrive, repaired, paid, no smoke, up front."

"I served as a State-licensed inspector for the City and County of San Francisco for 23 years, overseeing electrical work on multi-million dollar projects throughout the city. During that time, I had the opportunity to inspect Carlos' work on numerous occasions. His installations were always meticulous--completed per plan and strictly up to code. It was clear then, as it is now, that Carlos takes great pride in his work and genuinely enjoys what he does. That passion is evident in the quality of his craftsmanship. Since retiring from the city, I've taken on a major remodel of my home. When I learned that Carlos had started his own business, I didn't even consider anyone else for the job. He handled all the electrical work for my project, including 100% new wiring and trim out of electrical outlets, and lighting. He upgraded the main service to 200 amps, installed three subpanels, and set up two EV charging stations--I highly recommend Shadow Electric!"
