"I had this couple come to my house twice and arranged for the third time. I was mostly happy with the first visit but they did not allow for the full 4 hours and left early without finishing my house. The second time they were scheduled to come at 1:00 and my husband took off work to be there. Ryan then texted me at 1:37 saying that they could not be there until 3:00 and arrived after 3:00. Again, they did not finish the house and left after 3hours. On the third visit, they were scheduled to be at my house at 1:30. I had to go to work in the morning and rushed home to be there at 1:30. At 2:15 I called them and Ryan stated that they had to pick up their daughter at 1:30 and had forgotten. He did not make any effort to call to say they would be late again. I canceled their service as you cannot count on them to be there on time and they never finish the job. I would not recommend them if you expect people to be there when they say they will. Not even calling before you are late is not professional."
