He could have simply agreed with the other contractor and racked up more business for himself if he had wanted to do so; instead he didn’t charge me a cent for his time and effort although I would have been very happy to pay for the peace of mind he gave me. The men who came to work on the roof were competent and professional. They went to great lengths to only bother me when it was necessary.
