"We want to add to our earlier review. Carnhill Construction has been our go to for the past 6 years. They have dealt with a stone deck that kept leaking refuse down the facade, painted our entire house inside and out more than once, had our wood floors sanded and refinished, repaired cracks and leaks in the siding of the house, repaired a balcony. They have been very creative and innovative in coming up with fixes. As we stated earlier they are professional, reliable, consistent and their communication is immediate. We rely on them to deal with any house repair we need. They are a pleasure to work with. We would recommend them highly to anyone needing any house repairs whether a small or extensive project. "

The project consisted of substantial changes to the floor plan which included creating a master suite with brand new bathroom and walk in closet, adding a guest bedroom & bath, adding a laundry room, updating a kitchen and building new deck.
