Instead Jake showed up happy, polite and willing to find and solve our issue with in 35 to 40 min. Let me tell you Jake worked on our house for 2 hours solid, determined to fix our problem. Jerry showed up after Jake had been diligently trying everything to offer an extra hand. Both Jerry and Jake then worked an additional hour before finding and fixing our issue. Let me tell you, it was now very close to 2am!!!!!! This customer service, dedication and hard work was appreciated so much! I cannot say enough good things about Jake, Jerry or this company. Very honest, hard working people. Its hard to find this type of buisness nowdays!!!!! If i ever have another issue I will only call and use Liberty Plumbing and Heating. "Gus at Pro Bright went above and beyond on a Sunday to detect and repair our master bedroom ceiling leak. With water to the house turned off at the street we were desperate to find a contractor who could respond right away. Other contractors offered appointments Monday or Tuesday. Gus responded that he could be here in 2 hours to repair the leaking pipe, but could have Jeff, his water mitigation project manager here within 30 minutes to assess the water damage. These guys were both so professional. They shared the process, timeline and costs, and were prepared to start right away. They promptly moved my disabled husband and his adjustable bed to another room away from the work area assuring his comfort and safety. Gus repaired the overhead leak and turned the water back on. "In January 2017 had a problem where the secondary sewer line serving the laundry and kitchen areas was blocked. Obtained estimates from three plumbing companies including Leak Free. All three agreed the line was broken under the house slab foundation so could not be repaired. All three gave estimates for a new line. Steve at Leak Free came out and not only provided the lowest estimate but also included patching of inside and outside walls after completion of sewer line as part of job.
