"The initial work was fine. However, tree trimmers damaged a gutter just as it was finished. Alex said they would come out and fix it for a nominal price. However, they did not. They said they would come out several times but never showed up. I have emailed, I have texted, I have tried calling the office multiple times. No replies. I have been trying to get this fixed for almost a year."

"They did what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. Roof looks good and the clean up was also good. The people working on the project were professional. The only thing was communication. Needed a little more conversation over the phone to confirm arrival on first full work day. The sales rep showed up to lay down a plastic cover over a suspected leak and it held up during some very blustery rain. Over all excellent work but expensive."

"Reasonable price. Completed job as scheduled and within budget. Quality material and workmanship. New wood was coated with primer. The only glitch is the gutter. 2 of the end caps were unsealed. ( I used metal caulking to seal the seams). A week late, I find a section of gutters that trapped one inch rain water. It was corrected without charge after a few calls."
