Although there have been various members of the cleaning crew, the crew chief has been constant and I really appreciate her and the other ladies work. I live alone and could never manage this myself. The only downside is that I do not speak Spanish, but somehow we manage to communicate using Google Translate. The owner is bilingual, and that helps if the (very) rare issue appears.
