"They were very professional. Arrived on time and explained what they were going to do. They were very careful with my belongings and cleaned before and after installation. They were polite and very knowledgeable about the process and the end product was outstanding. I would highly recommend this company to anyone."

"Ok they cleaned very well and everything."

"Blue Wave was outstanding! Very responsive, showed up right on time, really nice people, very careful about COVID risk, worked fast, and did great work on the windows and balconies. This was our first experience with Blue Wave, and we are signing on for regular washing/cleaning. Very glad we found them."

"Ricardo, Eliselda, and their crew did an amazing job. The house we hired them to deep clean was filthy. It was a huge job. Everything was immaculate when they left. We would highly recommend them. All of my communications with Ricardo were easy, prompt, clear, and really reassuring. In addition to being stellar cleaners, he and his wife are wonderful people. We will use them again for any work needs that come up for us. We really appreciated that they came to Santa Cruz from Redwood City for the job, their quote was very reasonable, especially considering the scope of the job, and the house was perfect when they left. We give them the highest recommendations it's possible to give, and thank them very, very much."

"The team had to carry an awkward load of construction debris up two flights of stairs. The did it efficiently, quickly and with a smile. Will use them again."

"Reasonably priced. They showed up on time. Worked diligently and took good care of my things. Were professional and friendly."

"We hired Sam when our previous cleaner retired. We remembered his name from when we were having some construction clean up completed, and Sam had been very honest about his team’s ability to do an extremely difficult job (months of construction dust in a furnished residence) – we ended up hiring an industrial team to do that clean up. When we hired Sam for regular biweekly cleanups, he sent out the same team, which was fabulous. Sam and his team honored specific requirements for taking care of the new carpet and hardwoods. The team was also gentle on the furniture and super polite to the people. We also found Sam to be an ethical person with whom to work in the rare event that something did not go quite right. Bottom line is that working with Sam and his team was easy, and the cleaning met our needs. I would be comfortable hiring him again should the need arise."
