"EXCELLENT. They were professional, came in under estimated time (and therefore cost) and both movers went the extra mile in every respect. I absolutely want to emphasise the professionalism of the people doing the move. No matter what the companies intention, if there is no follow through by the people doing the work, it is all for nothing. The owner responded quickly to email and concerns as well as being honest and forthright in every respect. There were no hidden charges or costs and everything was known in advance of the move. Before the move the owner conducted an on-site inspection to be sure everything was taken into account in his estimate so there would be not hidden surprises. They moved my furniture wherever I wanted without any complaint about all the stairs, helped put my grandfather clock back together after I took it apart, removed artwork from a wall that I couldn't reach and offered to help me out wherever they thought I could use it. "I called several large and small moving companies before I found Hire a Helper and the others were are either unwilling to help me or just plain didn t call me back. We had a large kiln (about900lbs) that had been delivered to us but not put place. I found Hire a Helper and within a week I had a crew out to my house with a pallet jack, ready and able to pull the kiln out my my carport and into my shed. The crew was friendly and professional, they even removed the bracing 2x4s packing the kiln for us The price was a bit higher than expected but considering the speed & efficiency with which they did the job - and the fact that I had no other way to move this behemoth- it was well worth it!"
