The rep Mariana we worked it was beyond incompetent and unprofessional, not to mention entitled and very cold and impersonal. We paid over $10000 for these very small closets and they have done nothing but provide an untimely, faulty design, shotty workmanship and poor overall customer service- from the rep, to the installers, to the scheduling manager. It’s all been a horrible experience. We have tried to escalate the situation to management, just to find them over stretched , and though polite for a change, have gotten zero done to help our situation. Still hoping to wrap this up within the year but who knows. Stay far far away. Services: Cabinet design, Installation, Cabinet installation, Custom cabinets"
